G-IV Enterprises USA, Inc., was established in 1992 and serves the South Florida area.

Residential projects: Interior renovations include the Continuum Condominium on South Beach, Belini Condominium at Bal Harbour, the Turnberry Ocean Colony on Sunny Isles Beach, Residence in Tahiti Beach (Cocoplum).

Bank Construction and Renovations: Since our first bank construction of an NCNB bank in Doral in 1985, G-IV Enterprises USA has completed many Citibank, Citi Financial lending facilities, Eastern Florida Financial Credit Unions and many other commercial and private banking facilities.

Retail Interiors: Some of the retail projects completed by G-IV include Preston Scott Design in Coral Gables, Design Tex Fabrics at the Design Center of the Americas, Williams Island Restaurant and Yacht Club.

Cruise Ship Renovations: G-IV has completed several cruise line projects such as a casino on the MS Song of Norway, the renovation of the public spaces on the MS Sun Viking for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Lobby and theater renovations on the MS Jubilee for Carnival Cruise Lines.
